Prices All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£) Payment. We currently accept payment by Visa/Mastercard/Solo/Eurocard, and shortly by Maestro. All payments by these methods are processed securely on our behalf by Netbanx. We also accept payment by paypal All payments made in this way are securely processed on our behalf by paypal.com Payment through paypal can be made using an existing paypal account or alternatively via credit card. We do not have access to any credit card information at any time. Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day after receipt of your order. Shipping We ship every order via Royal Mail.Our shipping prices are charged at cost price for the weight of your order. Cancellation Orders may be cancelled in writing or by email either before dispatch,or within seven working days of receipt.The Goods must be returned to us within 14 days at your expense in an undamaged and unused condition. We will then refund the cost of your order in full within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Damaged Items Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged items(s).We will either replace or refund these items . Customer Service As an internet only book seller, we provide all customer service by email. We will endeavour to answer all emails within 1 working day, and will attempt to resolve any problems with the minimum of fuss. Privacy We do not share any of our customer details with any third parties. We will only email you directly if: 1) You place an order with us , and we send you a confirmation email. 2) You place an order with us and there is a problem with it 3) You sign up to our newsletter (optional) when creating your account 4) You have asked us a direct question and need a reply.
